TongLoader® – Single Piece Feeder

Singulating of boards is an essential part of the green and dry sortin at the sawmill. Framtec’s TongLoader® is a good and reliable solution, especially when it comes to feed mixed random dimensions.

Some of the advantages with the TongLoader® is that it is very reliable and has low maintenance costs. The Tongloader® can feed boards in speeds up to 240 boards/min and can handle both wet, dry and planed boards. The first TongLoader® was delivered in 2001 and until April 2017 Framtec has delivered over 200 TongLoaders.
